"Event"means the wedding, celebration, ceremony, corporate event, social gathering, private gathering, or any other occasion for which you engage Dream Lamhe.
By using Dream Lamhe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. You also confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding arrangement.
If you are using our services on behalf of a family, couple, company, group, or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to make decisions, approve quotations, share personal information, and make payments on their behalf.

Dream Lamhe is a wedding and event services platform operated as a unit of Namo Corptech Pvt. Ltd. Dream Lamhe helps clients discover, plan, design, organise, and execute weddings and related celebrations.
Depending on the selected service, Dream Lamhe may act as a planner, coordinator, design partner, service provider, vendor aggregator, or facilitator between the client and third-party vendors.
Some services may be provided directly by Dream Lamhe. Other services may be delivered by independent third-party vendors. Unless expressly stated in writing, Dream Lamhe does not own, operate, or control third-party vendor businesses.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law to use our services.
Where multiple family members, representatives, or decision-makers are involved, the person approving a proposal, sharing instructions, or making payments will be treated as authorised to act on behalf of the client group unless Dream Lamhe is informed otherwise in writing.
Dream Lamhe shall not be responsible for internal disputes between family members, representatives, co-clients, or other decision-makers once instructions or approvals have been received from an authorised representative.
The exact scope of services will be based on the package, quotation, proposal, invoice, written confirmation, statement of work, or agreement shared with you.
Services may include consultation, planning, decor design, vendor recommendations, vendor coordination, event execution support, payment coordination, logistics planning, guest management support, or other event-related deliverables.
Any service, item, design, vendor, date, location, deliverable, or price not specifically included in the approved quotation or written confirmation shall be treated as excluded and may be charged separately.
Dream Lamhe reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at its discretion, especially where the request is unlawful, unsafe, logistically impractical, commercially unviable, abusive, or outside the agreed scope.
All quotations, budgets, mood boards, concepts, timelines, and proposals shared by Dream Lamhe are based on information available at the time of preparation and are subject to availability, vendor confirmation, location permissions, taxes, transport costs, labour charges, material availability, and market changes.
A quotation, proposal, or estimate is not a confirmed service commitment unless written confirmation has been issued by Dream Lamhe.
Any change requested after approval may result in revised pricing, additional charges, changed timelines, reduced feasibility, or changes to the agreed deliverables.
Final execution may vary reasonably from reference images, digital mockups, mood boards, sample designs, or inspiration material due to venue conditions, material availability, lighting, weather, safety restrictions, manpower availability, and practical execution factors.
You agree to pay all fees, service charges, milestone payments, reimbursements, taxes, vendor charges, convenience fees, logistics costs, production costs, and any other applicable amounts as communicated by Dream Lamhe.
Payment schedules, where applicable, will be shared at the time of quotation, proposal, invoice, or written confirmation.
Delayed or incomplete payments may affect vendor availability, production timelines, delivery quality, team allocation, and event execution. Dream Lamhe shall not be responsible for service delays, vendor unavailability, or reduced scope caused by delayed or incomplete payments from the client.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including GST where applicable. Payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, transaction fees, or similar charges may be payable by the client unless stated otherwise in writing.
Dream Lamhe may recommend, coordinate with, or facilitate engagement with third-party vendors. You acknowledge that third-party vendors are independent service providers and are responsible for their own services, staff, materials, quality, licenses, permissions, safety practices, and delivery.
Dream Lamhe will make reasonable efforts to work with reliable vendors, but we do not guarantee the acts, omissions, delays, defaults, pricing changes, availability, or service quality of third-party vendors unless expressly agreed in writing.
Any vendor-specific terms, damage policies, minimum guarantees, overtime charges, venue restrictions, safety requirements, or additional conditions shall also apply to you.
Dream Lamhe may share necessary event details with vendors for the limited purpose of planning, quoting, coordinating, and delivering services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, including event dates, venue details, guest count, rituals, access timings, permissions, design preferences, budgets, decision-makers, and special requirements.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary family approvals, venue approvals, society permissions, government permissions, music licenses, alcohol permissions, fire safety permissions, police permissions, parking permissions, drone permissions, and any other permits required for the event, unless Dream Lamhe has expressly agreed in writing to handle specific permissions.
You are responsible for ensuring that guests, family members, invitees, and representatives cooperate with Dream Lamhe's team and vendors during planning and execution.
You agree not to request any unlawful, unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or unauthorised activity from Dream Lamhe, its team, or its vendors.
Dream Lamhe's execution is dependent on venue rules, access timings, lift availability, loading and unloading permissions, power supply, weather, safety conditions, local restrictions, and cooperation from venue management.
Any delay, denial of access, power issue, restriction, security objection, parking limitation, last-minute venue rule, government order, or third-party interference may affect execution. Dream Lamhe shall not be liable for delays or changes caused by such external factors.
Additional charges may apply for night work, overtime, emergency labour, extra transport, additional security deposits, venue-mandated vendors, special equipment, or last-minute changes.
Design concepts, decor plans, sketches, renders, mood boards, floral selections, colour palettes, layouts, production ideas, and presentation materials created by Dream Lamhe are its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Actual output may differ from references due to fresh flower availability, seasonal materials, venue size, lighting, weather, safety restrictions, market availability, and execution realities.
Dream Lamhe will make reasonable efforts to maintain the agreed theme and quality, but exact replication of reference images, inspiration material, or third-party designs is not guaranteed.
Customised items, printed materials, fabricated structures, personalised decor, name boards, gifts, invitations, hampers, and made-to-order elements may be subject to separate production timelines, approvals, and charges.
Any change in guest count, venue, dates, rituals, event duration, layout, design, vendor list, deliverables, access timing, or execution requirement may affect pricing, timelines, and feasibility.
Dream Lamhe may issue a revised quotation, change order, written confirmation, or updated proposal for additional work.
Work outside the approved scope will begin only after written approval and payment, unless the change is urgent during event execution and authorised by the client or an authorised representative.
By submitting an enquiry or using Dream Lamhe's services, you consent to being contacted by Dream Lamhe through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, website forms, social media, or other electronic communication channels for service updates, quotations, planning discussions, marketing communication, feedback, and support.
You may opt out of promotional communication. Service-related communication may continue as long as you are using our services or have an active service discussion with us.
You agree that instructions, approvals, and confirmations shared through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other written digital communication may be treated as valid written communication for service coordination.
You may share photographs, videos, references, guest information, family details, venue details, personal preferences, and other content with Dream Lamhe for planning and execution.
You confirm that you have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.
Unless you object in writing before the event, Dream Lamhe may use event photographs, videos, decor images, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and project details for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, pitch decks, and promotional purposes, provided sensitive personal information is not intentionally disclosed.
If you require confidentiality, anonymity, or no-publication restrictions, you must inform Dream Lamhe in writing before the relevant event or content capture.
All content on the Dream Lamhe website and service materials, including the brand name, logo, text, visuals, designs, layouts, graphics, photographs, videos, service concepts, packages, software, marketing materials, proposal formats, and planning documents, belongs to Dream Lamhe and/or Namo Corptech Pvt. Ltd., or their respective licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, imitate, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Dream Lamhe's intellectual property without prior written permission.

Ltd., and their directors, employees, representatives, partners, affiliates, authorised vendors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of reputation, emotional distress, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, loss of business, or third-party claims arising from the use of our website or services.
If Dream Lamhe or Namo Corptech Pvt. Ltd. is found liable for any claim, the total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Dream Lamhe for the specific service giving rise to the claim, excluding third-party vendor payments, taxes, reimbursements, and pass-through expenses.

This indemnity shall include claims arising from permissions, licenses, venue restrictions, guest misconduct, unauthorised content, intellectual property violations, or instructions provided by you or your authorised representatives.
Dream Lamhe shall not be liable for delay, non-performance, service disruption, or change in service caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, strikes, riots, war, accidents, venue shutdowns, power failures, internet failures, transport disruption, vendor emergencies, illness, or any other force majeure event.
In such cases, Dream Lamhe may attempt to modify plans or support alternate arrangements, subject to feasibility, vendor availability, client approvals, and additional costs.
Dream Lamhe may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make payments, violates these Terms, behaves abusively with staff or vendors, requests unlawful work, withholds essential information, creates unsafe working conditions, or exposes Dream Lamhe or Namo Corptech Pvt. Ltd. to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk.
Suspension or termination shall not affect Dream Lamhe's right to recover unpaid amounts, vendor dues, damages, expenses already incurred, or other amounts legally payable.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, payments, proposals, confirmations, or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion between the parties.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida/Uttar-Pradesh, India.
